Halloween and Horror Shows

In this story we are going to speak about our LIVE Halloween show and a LIVE Horror show we did which was a great night of fun.

Halloween 2020 Radio Show

Over the years on SN Radio we have had some really great radio shows. This picture takes us to our first Halloween theme live show on the 20th of October 2020.

You can see Chrissy dressed up as Harley Quinn which in the movie was played by Margot Robbie in Suicide Squad. Andrew dressed as the Joker from the movie Batman. Chrissy got the job doing the makeup and it did take some time but we both looked great for the show.

On the night we had multiple cameras on and the SN Radio family as we called them all (the regular viewers) some of them also dressed up and got into the vibe and we all had a great time on the show.

Horror Theme 2024 Radio Show

In this picture we go back in 2024 we have Andrew on the left dressed up as Ghostface from the movie Scream. Chrissy on the right was dressed up as the character from the movie Saw.

With our new upgraded computers in the studio at that time gave us much better options for effects and much more better picture quality.

This live talkback radio show was a full horror theme show, we had special sound effects for the show. The discussions were based fully around horror movies we liked and scary movies we grew up with through the 1980's.

We Enjoy Our Horror Movies

While we are here on the discussion of Halloween and Horror themed shows SN Radio has hosted let's discuss just a couple of our favorite horror movie's. There are so many but we will just mention a couple and let's see if you to agree with the choice of movies.

Without been in any particular order we are going to pick the Wrong Turn movie franchise these movies are actually great movies. Deep in the remote woods lives a family of cannibal mutant killers and they love to eat humans for dinner.

The movies series include:

* Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings (2011)

We will pick another movie which we didn't actually mind and that movie series is Hostel. When I think of the Hostel movies I always think of Quentin Tarantino but the movies' part 1 and 2 was actually written and directed by Eli Roth.

This series of movies is based around pack packers getting taken from the streets to be used for killers' enjoyment in private rooms. Part 2 for me personally is full on because it is based around women getting murdered. I have always had this thing from a young age seeing women getting slaughtered just gets to me.

The Horror Movie Vibe Continues

Now let's have a quick look into the horror movie franchise Saw staring Tobin Bell in my opinion these were really great movies. This movie franchise actually was started by a pair of Australians James Wan and Leigh Whannell. I think it's a great achievement a pair of Aussie's pulling this movies series off but hey I'm bias as I am too Australian 🙂

They actually released 10 of these movies which include:

* Saw V: (2008)

Over the years there has been many great horror movies made for example Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Nightmare On Elm St just so many I could name. I thought I would just share a couple of our favorite horror flicks that we enjoy watching and share with you.
